• Organizer: Turkish travel agencywww.focusalanya.com, based in Alanya, Turkey.

• Online Shop Regulations: Rules for using the Shop.
• Privacy Policy: Describes data processing methods and rights of data subjects.
• Consumer: Adult natural person making a purchase unrelated to business or profession.
• Customer: Individual or legal entity making a purchase related to business or profession.
• Buyer: Both Consumer and Customer.
• Personal Data Administrator: Entity deciding data processing purposes and means.
• Order: Buyer's declaration aiming to conclude a contract with the Seller.
• Distance Contract: Contract without physical presence, concluded via distance communication.
• Ticket: Personal ticket authorizing use of described event.
• Cart: Store software element displaying selected products for purchase.
• Product: Movable item/service available in the Store, subject to Sales Agreement.
• Newsletter: Service sending marketing information to Buyer's email address.

General Provisions:

• Prices are in Polish zlotys (PLN) or euros (EUR).
• Seller issues invoices without VAT.
• Tickets are delivered online or at the Organizer's office.

Payment Methods:

• Bank transfer to Seller's account within 7 days.
• Online payment via Przelewy24 or credit cards.
• Cash on delivery at the Organizer's office.

Ordering Process:

1. Add product to cart.
2. Fill order form with necessary data.
3. Choose payment method.
4. Accept Shop regulations and tour conditions.
5. Confirm order.

Complaints Procedure:

• Complaints submitted in writing to the Organizer.
• Complaints addressed within Organizer's terms.

Right to Withdraw:

• Consumer may withdraw from contract without reason or cost.
• Exceptions to withdrawal apply as per Regulations.

Refund:

• Seller refunds within 14 days of withdrawal.
• Refund method agreed with Consumer.

Technical Requirements:

• Internet access and compatible web browser required.
• Buyer responsible for technical setup.

Newsletter:

• Buyer may subscribe to Newsletter.
• Subscription confirmed via email.
• Buyer may unsubscribe at any time.

Copyrights:

• Seller retains exclusive rights to content.
• Buyer's purchase does not transfer copyrights.
• Infringement may result in penalty.

ODR Platform:

• ODR platform for out-of-court dispute resolution.
• Available for Consumers within EU.

Final Provisions:

• Polish law applies.
• Disputes settled in competent court.
• Buyer has access to Regulations at any time.
• Regulations effective upon publication.
• Seller reserves right to amend Regulations.
